Murex wants to reengineer a slected number of important key processes, as project portfolio management, resource management closing processes, time tracking, etc.
As a result a new information system will be designed and implemented.
In order to drive the transformation and to guaranty the success of this program, we are looking to hire a talented, experienced functional expert who will support the delivery of the roadmap and build trusted experiences with customers and partners.
Interacting constantly with key business stakeholders across Murex, technical and functional teams within IT, you have to understand internal client's need, challenge if it needed as per market best practices and ensure that we are in line with our solution provider standards.
Defines and documents customer business functions and processes.
Analyze and formalize with functional team to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
Acts as a liaison between end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and other teams in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of case management systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
Recommends solutions to be developed in consultation with impacted internal and external clients based on current understanding of needs and scalable technical design provided by technical teams.
Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements.
Follow and ensure the execution of the information system roadmap to solve the internal clients pain points and needs.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the ERP information system and corporate financial domain and process.
Very good functional knowledge of best practices in project management, project accounting, resource management.
Having good capability to manage technical projects and to interact with Murex business stakeholders and sponsors.
Good knowledge on scrum methodology.
Good technical background.
English is a must and French a plus.
Excellent communications and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong drive for result skills in a cross functional environment.
Must be able to work around projects and deadlines with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary.
